
Modern life keeps many of us in a constant state of stress and overstimulation. This workshop is a beginner-friendly, in-person workshop designed to help you better understand how your nervous system works, and how gentle, intentional movement can support balance and regulation.
In this 2-hour experience, you’ll explore how yoga and mindful practices interact with the body’s natural regulatory systems. The focus is not on performance or perfection, but on awareness, presence, and learning how to work with your body rather than against it.
This workshop blends somatic awareness, accessible movement, and practical education to help you:
Understand the connection between stress, the nervous system, and the body
Experience how yoga can support regulation and resilience
Leave with simple tools you can apply both on and off the mat
No prior yoga experience is required. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.
